Arugula lover's pesto

Makes 4 servings
This is great as a base for homemade pizza, or a calzone stuffing.

    1 cup chopped arugula                                          
    1 cup coarsely chopped such as red mustard or mizuna           
    1/2 cup walnuts halves or pieces                               
    2-4 cloves garlic                                              
    1-2 jalapeno chiles,stemmed, seeded and coarsely chopped, to taste
    1/2 teaspoon salt                                              
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese                                        
    1/2 cup olive oil                                              

Pulverize the walnuts in a food processor.  Add the remaining ingredients except the olive oil and process until minced as fine as possible, slowly drizzle in the oil with processor running.
