Farm Fresh Flowers

Our availability of over 200 varieties of florals run from early spring to late autumn. Spring starts with tulip, daffodils, anemones, and ranunculus. Next come our sunflowers, zinnias, lisianthus, and many more which make up our summer offerings. We finish our growing season with over 75 types of dahlias, heirloom chrysanthemums, and ornamental cabbage.

No matter what part of our growing season, we work hard to bring the highest quality farm fresh flowers to our customers.

Our Story

Goose Creek Gardens was established in 2003 by Margie and Mark Dagnal. Margie wanted to follow her passion for growing culinary herbs and turn it into a business. For many years they grew culinary herbs and salad greens selling at farmers markets and to high end restaurants in the Pittsburgh area. Flowers were always a side part of the business that was a passion of their daughter, Kate Dagnal. In 2013 Goose Creek Gardens switched to growing cut flowers exclusively and started selling wholesale to florists and event designers. Our cut flowers were received well and we quickly ran out of space to expand as we were growing on the small 2 1/2 acre farm. In 2016 we decided to move the business and our family to a new 12 acre farm 70 miles away. This was a huge undertaking, not only were we combining two households, we were also moving an established business to a new location, and all the while trying to maintain growing and selling of our flowers. Since establishing at the new site we have expanded our flowers fields and now grow more flowers than ever before. We are excited every morning to see even the smallest changes in our fields and to see what is next for our beloved farm and for our loving family as we continue to grow. We are happy to share our journey with you!
